I don’t need Cocky Locky, Ducky Lucky, or Goosey Loosey to remind me I’m a worrier—not when Lyrical Larry’s already calling me Henny Penny the minute I start spiraling!
The more our family deals with the more and more I find myself saying ‘just stay in this moment’ and I now realize ‘stay in the moment’ is not only a mindset, but also a verb.
Living in the moment is an exercise, a practice much like yoga or meditation - a physical shift in your thoughts and it doesn’t just happen - you have to MAKE it happen.
So yes, it takes effort—especially when your mind wants to spiral. But every time you catch yourself, take a breath, and refocus on the now, you're building that muscle. It won’t be perfect, but hey, progress over perfection, right?
Hummm, Henny Penny doesn’t sound like a sexy pet name does it?🤔

5 Tips For an Easier To Manage Home 🏡
Tip #1:
Declutter on a regular basis. I like to have a donation box or bag ready to go at all times. when your’e doing your day to day tastks and come across something that can go, put it in the bag and donate once full!!
Tip #2:
Everything has a home. Items in your home should have a designated space to go back to. This makes tidying up easy and efficient!
Tip #3:
Daily quick tidy up. When everything has a home and you are decluttering on a regular basis, it makes tidying up much faster. Don’t put it down, put it away!
Tip #4:
Follow the one in one out rule. If you bring a new item into your home one or more should go. This can really help to stop clutter from accumulating in your space.
Tip #5:
Invest in storage solutions. Getting the right bins, containers, shelving, etc. can make a huge difference in your space. If you have bins or shelving that don’t properly fit you are wasting valuable space. Take measurements and don’t rush, take the time to find what you really need.

The Skinny on Greek Yogurt
Is there anything Greek yogurt can’t do?
It is as sneaky and versatile as cauliflower!
Greek Yogurt is an excellent source of protein, immunity-boosting probiotics, and essential vitamins and minerals.
✅ use in place of mayo in tuna sandwiches
✅ use in place of sour cream for dips, tacos and baked potatoes
✅ use in place of buttermilk in baked goods (google measurements)
✅ can be used in place of coconut milk in curries
✅ (if recipe calls for 1 C or less of butter) substitute for greek yogurt
✅ use greek yogurt in wraps instead of mayo
✅ cut back on the heavy cream in soups, sauces and pasta — swap out half and half with greek yogurt
